1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Dig-IT Solutions. ("Company"), including the CUapp platform, website, and related tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Dig-IT Solutions provides a QR-powered cylinder lifecycle tracking platform (CUapp/LicenseTracker) designed for industrial gas manufacturers, filling plants, distributors, and inspection stations. The Services include but are not limited to: QR code generation, cylinder tracking, compliance reporting, and analytics dashboards.

3. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use
• • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations
• • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measures
• • Not use the Services to infringe on the rights of any third party

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the CUapp platform architecture — are the exclusive property of Dig-IT Solutions. and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the CUapp platform ("Customer Data"). We do not claim ownership of your Customer Data. We process your data solely to provide the Services as described, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dig-IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per the terms of the applicable service contract. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your Customer Data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
